Best trainer ever

Sandra has been a blessing in the sky for me . I was diagnose with an autoinmine illness and my doctors told me that if I wanted to slow down the process an have a longer life I have to loose weight. I started training with Sandra she supports me, looks out for me , makes sure that I am ok to be able to give 100% in every workout. She supports you all the way!! I still have a long way to go but with her help I have come far and with her support I will never go back to what I was.

This is my first time working with a personal trainer and I regard it as a great success. I have in the past worked on my own, but the extra push and inspiration from a personal trainer improves the result to a great degree.Not only is Sandra a great trainer, she is also a very nice person. So even though her workouts sessions are tough, they are still enjoyable. And that is important to me.As a boxing trainer, she is very competent. She understands how much to push so you constantly improve without pushing too hard, so you loose confidence. She takes you seriously and meets you where you are. And for me at 55 that is very important.Training with Sandra is absolutely worth both your time and money.

Outstanding training coach

I am 60 years old. Recently survived Stage IV Throat Cancer. I've been training with Sandra for nine months now. She is an outstanding Coach, for an all over body work in general. However she and I have been focusing on core work for the most part. When I started training with Sandra my best plank time was three minutes and 12 seconds.Jan 16th I held a 7 min 15 second plank. Plank is the best measure of core strength.I look and feel great. I have really benefitted from Sandra's attention to detail and in depth knowledge of anatomy. I have spent the past several months training with Sandra. She is a very gifted trainer. She gives you very personal attention and understands your specific needs.
